Barn with a bathing barrel

Luxuriously renovated former barn. The space The ground floor consists of a spacious living area with a large corner sofa bed, a bar, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a dining room with two tables for 8-10 people and a bathroom with a large (approx. 2m²) brick shower, toilet, sink and urinal. On the 1st floor, on the left, there is a duplex bedroom with a sleeping floor (2+2 beds) and a large loggia overlooking the south into the valley. In the middle there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink. On the right, there is another bedroom with 4 beds and a large dressing room (separate small room). The barn is heated by cast iron American wood stoves, underfloor heating and direct heaters. The complex also offers a large fireplace with seating (possibility of barbecuing) and a children's playground with climbing frames. The whole barn is non-smoking. Accommodation with dogs is possible (provided that they will not stay in the building unattended). Meals are self-catering. Breakfast can be arranged in the Na Bělidle guesthouse (20 m). In the kitchen, there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine - guests can bring their own capsules or they are available in the guesthouse. The total capacity of the barn is 8 beds + 2 extra beds (folding sofa), about 140 m² of living space. Parking is right next to the building. SLEEPING: 1 bedroom upstairs - 1 double bed + 2 single beds 1 bedroom upstairs - 1 double bed + after open wooden stairs there is still an open space with 2 beds in the attic. in the living room on the ground floor you can sleep on a sofa bed (1-2 people) Bed linen and towels are available. Other things to note The barn is part of a miniresort consisting of a guesthouse (50m away), where there is a possibility to use the breakfast offerings and other separate cottages. The playground is shared by all properties, seating, grill, etc are for barn guests only. The bathing barrel is available for all guests and you need to always book it on site in advance.
