The house is located in a quiet and wooded location, 3 minutes' drive from the center and public pool. The space If you are a nature lover and want to discover what a real ecological Finnish house is, built in glued laminated wood, without the use of insulation but at the same time warm in winter and cool in summer, then we invite you to come to our home. At your disposal is a spacious and modern house that can accommodate up to 7 people (however, if your group is larger, you can contact the owner to discuss it). If you are 2-4 people, you will have a large bedroom and a living room with a large sofa bed. If you are 5-6 people, you will have an extra room. However, if there are 4 of you and you want to have two bedrooms and a living room, you'll need to book a place for 6 people. A folding bed will be set up in one of the bedrooms for the seventh person. Huge living room with panoramic view of a private park and a large sofa bed. Very large kitchen with island, fully equipped: oven, stove, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher. A very large and beautiful bathroom with a toilet and another toilet with an additional sink. The house is equipped with a dual-flow thermodynamic ventilation system which, combined with the excellent quality of the wooden house, provides a pleasant atmosphere in winter and summer alike. The property is fully fenced. Parking is available directly outside the house and is absolutely free. If there are more than 7 people, contact us and we'll provide you with a third bedroom that can accommodate two additional people. Of course, all terraces, barbecue areas, ping pong table, huge park are at your disposal. We have a special service, namely that you can order dinner or breakfast (examples are shown in many photographs). Other things to note The house was built by CONCEPT POLAIRE using Finnish laminated timber technology, which gives it a unique microclimate inside the room (cool in summer and warm in winter).
