1 bedroom 2 block walk to all the action

STR REG# 2018-3261. This apartment is close to all the action of downtown (7 minute walk), the Old Port (15 minute walk). Deering Oaks Park is one block away. It is very close to all the wonderful restaurants, breweries and bars of Portland. This flat does not come with parking.The building is in an urban area, there is a less 'salubrious' area 2 blocks east, which is easily avoided, and this is Portland, you will see homeless people The space This is a private one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with its own private access door. A large living room with TV, WiFi, Netflix and Hulu streaming and a dining area/kitchenette. This apartment does not have a full kitchen, but has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, pots and pans etc. It is a ground floor level apartment and for this reason I have frosted the windows for privacy. The bedroom has air conditioning and we suggest putting this on at night (even if it is on fan only) as this will mitigate any outside noises from traffic and voices. The street is generally quiet at night. This is an old building and nothing is really level/square. Noises can travel and for that reason we request that guests please enter and exit quietly. Other things to note This apartment does not have its own parking spot. There is free parking on Parris Street (one block east) which is generally easy after 4pm. It is not metered and does not have a time limit (except in a couple of spots), you can park your vehicle and leave it for the duration.
