Ham Annex B&B offers you an unforgettable stay in Almelo. The garden room with its own entrance has a luxurious bathroom, cozy living room and separate bedroom. There is plenty parking space and from our driveway you are directly on the Almelo-Nordhorn Canal; a starting point for a beautiful walking or cycling tour in Twente. Directly next to the garden room is the indoor spa with TV, where you can relax after a pleasant day in Almelo. The heated swimming pool is open from May to September. The space Luxury garden room with compact kitchenette, wood stove, luxurious bathroom and separate bedroom. Outside on the terrace you overlook the swimming pool and our spacious garden. Next to the swimming pool is the indoor jacuzzi. The bathrobes are ready to enjoy this spa where you can lie down with 2 people to enjoy the view or watch television from the spa. A delicious breakfast basket is ready for you for the first morning! Guest access The garden house with 1 bedroom is entirely for your private use. Only adults are allowed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi can be used privately by guests without reservation. You share the garden only with us, the owners. And our three cats ... There is ample free parking on site. Other things to note Maximum number of guests is two. Children (<18 years) are unfortunately not allowed in Ham Annex (due to safety due to the swimming pool and pond)
