Relax in one of the rooms of our house in Tresnuraghes, a few kilometers from the beach of Porto Alabe and Bosa. Old house located in the center of Tresnuraghes recently renovated with 3 bedrooms all with private bathroom. Why choose one of our rooms? -good starting point to visit the area, and in the evening after spending the day on the beaches of the area or after visiting the wonderful Bosa, you can relax in one of our outdoor spaces. The space Bedroom is located on the first floor (18 steps) adjacent to room 2, consisting of two rooms and a private bathroom and balcony for exclusive use. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second there is a sofa bed, accommodation that can accommodate up to 3 people. Guest access You will have full access to the room, your private terrace for exclusive use, and the common lounge. The official entrance is in Via Manno 4 (zip code 09079). There is no 24-hour reception: I will be waiting for you from 3pm to 8pm, so it is essential that you let me know your arrival time. Ample free public parking in the immediate vicinity, particularly on Via Bosa, along Via Roma, and Via Cagliari. The village's markets, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. During your stay I will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival at Via Manno 4 to give you the keys and show you the second-floor suite with its private terrace. During your stay, you will have maximum independence and privacy, but I will always be at your complete disposal via the Airbnb chat for any need or to recommend the beaches (from Porto Alabe to Cumpultitu) and restaurants in the area. Other things to note There is no 24-hour reception: communicating your arrival time is essential. You can share your location in real time in the chat for the welcome at Via Manno 4. It is mandatory to show your documents upon arrival. In the room, you will find a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, while the coffee machine is located in the common lounge.
