There is a train that runs from Downtown Denver to Winter Park. You can shuttle around town once you get to Winter Park. Important Information: Please read the following policies carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. * Parking: Parking is strictly limited to 4 vehicles on the property. 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Fines will be issued if cars are found parked on the street. *Additional parking is available down the street in the parking garage on Vasquez Road closest to downtown. * Guests & Events: Nightly pricing covers up to 10 guests. Any additional day-guests will be charged $50 per person, per day. Amenities & Maintenance: - The fireplace is unavailable and is not listed as an amenity for this reason. - Charcoal for the grill is not provided. Guests may bring their own. - For your convenience, we provide linens, blankets, and pillows for all beds. However, the basements beds are not pre-made. This service is available for a $100 fee with 48-hour notice. Check-Out: Basic check-out instructions must be followed. You may opt out of these tasks for a $100 fee with 48-hour notice.
