Our apartment has spectacular views Tolo bay and is great for up to 4/5 persons + 2 children. Newly built, with a touch of luxury it is equipped with everything that we could think of for comfortable holidays. It has two bedrooms (one double bed/one with twin beds), an open plan living/dining-kitchen area with sofa bed that opens to a double bed. It is just a 10 minute walk to the beach and to shops for every day needs make it the perfect holiday home in Tolo. The space The location of our luxury apartment is exceptional! With breathaking views of the whole the bay of Tolo it makes for a perfect relaxing holiday. Located right on the top road of the village, the apartment is easily accessible and close to the town centre. The apartment has two seperate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds + a sofa that opens into a double bed suitable for either one adult or two children up to 13 years old. It has a well equipped kitchen includes a full sized cooker with over, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, microwave, egg boiler, filter coffee machine, espresso machine and a good variety of crockery, cutlery glassware. The lounge area is soacious and has balcony doors opening onto a large balcony with plenty of space for a family or group of friends to dine and live comfortably. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourselves for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are supplied. There are extra sheets stored in the apartment and you just have to ask us when you would like to change the towels and we will bring fresh ones for you. We do not enter the apartment during your stay unless you ask us to. Cleaning can be arranged during your stay at an extra charge, just ask us. We will be there to welcome you and show you around. We are always available on the telephone and we live on the premises should you need anything, otherwise we respect your privacy. Quiet hours - please respect others during the afternoons and late at night Smoking: smoking is allowed on the balcony but not inside the apartment and we ask that you take care, especially during the summer months Take Care: We would like to ask our guests to respect our apartment as if it was their own and inform us of any problems immediately. Government Tax (Climate Crisis Resilence Tax) We are bound by law to collect a tax of 1.50€ per night which is payable locally in cash on your arrival.
