Location The light-flooded semi-detached house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location in Risum-Lindholm with approx. *contact info removed* residents. In the village you will find shopping, bakers, a heated outdoor swimming pool, horseback riding facilities and much more. The cozy village is great for taking numerous excursions in the area: whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum or the Halligen, Denmark or the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town Niebüll is 6 km Facilities The cottage is furnished in the bright country style and inspires with its beautiful living room with sofa corner in front of the fireplace, large flat-screen TV (Sat), the cozy dining area. The separate kitchen is extensively equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), kettle, toaster, sufficient dishes and cooking utensils. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs you have access to two bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed (200x200), bedroom 2 with a single bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the picture. On the protected south-west terrace you can end the day on comfortable garden chairs. In the garden shed, your brought bicycles will also find a safe place.
