The space This semi-detached urban gîte was completely renovated in a retro-modern way in 2015. It reopened in April 2023 after 2 years of shutdown. It is composed inside on the ground floor of an entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, WC. On the 1st floor you have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the basement the boiler room, the laundry room, the reading room, TV, books, table football, with garden access. The garage has direct access from the interior via a glass passageway.
