Our spacious three bedroom guest house is minutes to the beach and sand between your toes. Wake up to the smell of the ocean as you head out for a morning stroll. This self contained unit is perfectly located between Shellharbour and Warilla beaches, leaving the choice up to you. This is the ideal location to enjoy a peaceful south coast getaway. The space The guest house is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Downstairs is a kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, medium size fridge, air fryer , portable oven/ hot plates , electric frypan and a built in washing machine and dryer. There is also a dining area and a BBQ on the verandah. Upstairs is the open plan lounge room with French doors opening to a balcony. Three bedrooms with two queen beds and one double, all with ducted aircon , TVs and work desks. The bathroom has a spacious vanity , a shower and bath with a separate toilet. All basic toiletries are provided. Guest access The guest house is at the front of the host’s residence and has access via the front door with keys in a lock box.
