Decorated with original art, lit from east and west-facing windows, it is both a peaceful retreat and the perfect gateway to New York City. The space Our apartment has an airy kitchen/common area opening onto a private terrace; a peaceful upstairs bedroom; and a den/office equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector for movie-watching (and a full-size air mattress if you have a third guest); along with access to an even larger communal rooftop and BBQ grill. Guest access We're two blocks from the Q and B trains, which can put you in Union Square, Manhattan in 20 minutes. There is on-street parking right outside the door, though you need to re-park your car to avoid weekday street-cleanings. Other things to note We have an electric piano for the musically inclined.
