Spacious and bright two-storey home is located in the idyllic fishing village of Hamar, just 5km from the center of Porvoo. The house has a magnificent view of Haikkoonselkä and the backyard has direct access to a nature reserve. Large and adaptable space solutions, 3 separate bedrooms, and a sauna section allow for accommodation and comfort for different groups. The surrounding beautiful nature, sea, forests and cliffs are ideal for those interested in outdoor activities and nature. The space The entrance floor has two separate bedrooms, a toilet, a fireplace room (with one bed), as well as a sauna, bathroom and utility room. On the second floor of the house there is a beautiful and bright kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as a bedroom, library and bathroom/toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped and the large gas stove is a cook's dream! The spacious library is an inspiring workspace overlooking the sea and the backyard forest. There is a fireplace on both floors. Both the kitchen, dining area and bedroom have access to the terrace surrounding the house. Guests have access to a gas grill and a dining and lounge area in the summer. The large and sheltered yard is well suited for children's games and play. Please note that there is no TV in the house. We encourage you to admire the scenery, enjoy nature and read books :) Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms of the home, except for the locked storage room on the ground floor. Other things to note The home's facilities also work well as meeting and training facilities for small groups. We are happy to help groups fulfill their special wishes. The house is located on a slope and is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
