It is just minutes from the center of Caprino Veronese and enjoys a dominant and reserved position, which allows it to be the ideal place for those who want to enjoy a relaxing moment surrounded by greenery, peace and tranquility. Outside the farmhouse, a large garden with lawn and olive trees awaits you, flanked by a natural park, swimming pool with panoramic views. The space The apartment is finely furnished in industrial style and will make you relive the New York of the 1950s: numerous windows overlook the breathtaking view of our Province and perfectly illuminate the exposed pipes and systems, the refined furnishings in leather, precious wood and raw metals. The apartment consists of a functional open space where a large kitchen, with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, blends with the cozy living room: comfortable leather sofa, restored vintage fireplace.
