4 person holiday home in VARBERG-By Traum The space A genuine and pleasant holiday home just north of Varberg. The cottage is tasteful and well planned. The spacious plot is surrounded by a stone fenced yard and shady trees. The cottage is located high up in a smaller cottage area, a short drive takes you down to the beach in Kärradal. Here there is both a sandy beach and a rock pool with a jetty and ladder. At the beach there is a popular restaurant and an ice cream café. At the entrance of the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue. The kitchen has all the equipment you could need. In the center of the house there is a living room with sofa, a TV and a dining area. A charming sleeping alcove divided by a partition wall and drapery, accommodates a double bed. A smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with 120cm in the lower bed. The bathroom has a shower. The plot has plenty of space for all your activities and there is several garden furniture. Varberg is a summer town with a lot of people, restaurants, cafés and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous bird areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Klosterfjordens Gk.
