If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! The space The Guest House is a cozy **450** square ft. It is best suited for 2, but can sleep 4. Please don't ask us if you can bring additional guests or have visitors to the property, 4 is the limit! Our home is inspected and sprayed for insects by professional exterminators. We are on a lake, so if you don't close the doors back especially at night, bugs could/will fly in. Our property is HILLY. There is steps by the guest house, they go down to the fire pit and lake. You must climb stairs or walk in the grass to access both of these. We are a seasonal Airbnb March-November Our cottage is stocked with many items that you may need during your stay. Kitchen: Ketchup, Mayonnaise, mustard, Coffee, Coffee Creamer, Sugar, Paper Towels, Salt, Pepper, Oil, Foil, Trash Bags, Dish Soap, Hand Soap and Cleaner. Bathroom: Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q-Tips, Cotton Balls and Hand Soap. (There is also a supply of different items under the sink incase you may have forgotten something) Laundry: Laundry Detergent. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property. Guests will have access to 4 Kayaks, a paddle boat, a paddle board, a canoe, fire pit, and a trampoline. Swimming in the lake is prohibited, although the water is safe. Life jackets are to be worn in and around the lake at all times! We have 2 floating docks. There is also an inground chlorine pool that is available **Memorial Day - Labor Day.** ( May vary due to weather!) It's around 3ft and gradually goes down to almost 6ft. We have large outdoor games. (Jenga, Connect Four and Checkers) Two egg swings. (Holds up to 275lbs) Shuffleboard, Pool table, ping pong, foosball, tiki toss, hookey and a few other games. We also have a hammock. (Holds up to 300lbs) There aren't lights in outdoor living area on the main house for guests. This area is best used during the day. Other things to note We are centrally located to I-71 and I-75. We are 30 minutes from Cincinnati and 1 hr from Lexington and Louisville. CVG Airport 30 minutes. We have a Krogers just north of us in Walton and just South from us we have a Walmart in Dry Ridge. We like going to Ruler's in Williamstown for our groceries.
