1 year old house. This fisherman's dream is only 2.5 miles to the closest boat ramp and just 19 miles to Dayton boat dock. It is also only 7.3 miles to Chester Frost, and 6.4 to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. It has plenty of parking for a couple of truck and boats no need to unhook your boats either! Plus, it has outside outlets to plug your boat in at night. 20 miles to Downtown Chattanooga. The house is next to a working railroad track. I do furnish fans and earplugs to muffle the sound. Put used towels and wash clothes in tub or shower. Carry all garbage to outside cans in tied bags. Do not put loose trash in outside cans. Empty refrigerator and place all furniture back where it was found. Lock all doors as you leave and put key back under outside mat.
