In a small rural corner of the Vosges lies our retreat, where you can relax to the rhythm of nature. The space . You are secluded in the heart of nature, about fifteen minutes from Épinal, in a small, peaceful hamlet in the heart of the thermal Vosges, a few hundred meters from where your host, Carole, lives. Your refuge gives you a grandiose relaxing view of neighboring nature from its huge floor-to-ceiling windows! You have all the amenities in 14 square meters perfectly optimized: ✓ AMENITIES ❀ * Sleeping area: one queen size bed 160x200 cm (2 adults) and one sofa bed (1 extra adult, extra bed) * Kitchen area: Refrigerator, electric hob, sink, utensils, dishes and condiments * Lounge area, dining with table, chairs * Bathroom: Eco-friendly sink, shower and toilet (dry toilet) * Soap, towels, and bedding provided * Heating by electric heater * Portable fans to cool off (no air conditioning) * Outdoor furniture (except winter): wooden deck, table, chairs, Chilean * Running & drinking water * Housekeeping included * Free parking HEATING: • Thanks to its two radiators, your refuge becomes a real warm cocoon, even when the cold winter temperatures are rife outside. Within minutes, an enveloping heat spreads throughout the lodge. A soft and comforting atmosphere, perfect for a book by the fire or just gazing at the soft orange flames. ❆ FAN (but no air conditioning) ✓ GOOD TO KNOW: ✓ Check-in: 6 PM ✓ Check-out before 11:00 AM ✓ Lockbox available in case of late arrival ✓ Ability to check in with your hosts earlier (depending on availability) The shelter is located in nature. As a result, a few rules are required during your stay: 1) The risk of fire being very high in nature, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in and around the shelter, but also to light any flame (no barbecue) 2) Sewage is filtered by plants: You are asked to only use the 100% natural products provided for your stay 3) No pets allowed (sorry for your four-legged friends, or less) Guest access . ✓ Check-in: from 6 p.m. ✓ Check-out: before 11 a.m. ✓ Key box available in case of late arrivals ✓ Possibility to check with your hosts for an earlier check-in (depending on their availability) ✓ You have a free space to park your vehicle, close to the shelter Other things to note . The shelter is located on Carole's property; she lives a little further away in their house. So you may run into her (and her dogs) during your stay There is no wifi in the property (but the 4G network usually works well on site) The entrance to the refuge is not on one level (slightly elevated).
