A luxuriously converted loft nestled deep down narrow roads within peaceful and beautiful rolling Suffolk countryside only twenty minutes from Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket the home of horse racing. Cambridge is only forty five minutes away. With impressive attention to detail, the Loft has been professionally interior designed with calming colours, high quality soft furnishings and a variety of wood finishes. The space Its elevated position and French windows opening onto a generous balcony provide wonderful views and a strong link to the surrounding nature. The loft is all about clear night skies, tranquillity and getting away from it all. Ground Floor Entrance Hall – Leads straight up colourfully painted stairs. (Downstairs Utility Room – separate to the Loft there is a washing machine that the owner can provide access to if required.) First Floor Dining Area – Farmhouse wooden table with built-in pews and spacious seating for six. Kitchen – Galley style with sink, electric cooker & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. It is compact and well equipped except for a dishwasher. Sitting Area – Open plan connected to dining area and kitchen surrounded by waist high wood panelling and a book shelf well stocked with books on art and East Anglia. Large comfortable three seater sofa, two upholstered chairs and footstool orientated around 44” Smart TV on a funky chest of drawers next to an imitation log burner. French windows provide a fantastic in-out dynamic and offer wonderful views and direct access to a wooden balcony with two chairs and a small table – the perfect sunset spot! The Blue Bedroom – Painted in sky blue with a traditional wrought iron Queen-size bed with top quality mattress and matching bedside tables. The Mellow Yellow Bedroom – Painted in cornfield yellow with a wrought iron King-sized bed also with top quality mattress and bedside tables. Bathroom – Bath with hand held shower, handbasin and lavatory. The slope of the roof means there is no space for a stand-up shower. Outside From the living room French windows open onto an elevated west facing balcony with uninterrupted views over rolling countryside. There is also a large south facing grassy area set aside for guests private usage focusing on a mature oak tree, traditional wooden fencing and a pair of grazing horses. I addition there is an outside dining area with rustic table, bench seat, directors chairs and BBQ.
