Duplex apartment on the 3rd & 2nd floor of a beautiful maison de maitre located in the heart of the historical center, by the grand place. The 110m2 apartment has 4 bedrooms, one living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. With a passion for design, we mixed modern with beautiful antiques and fully renovated it in 2023. Ideal for groups up to 8 people, who want to enjoy the charm of the historical center and discover alsace (colmar, wine region or basel are all within 30mins) Other things to note ☕️ For your comfort, we provide bed linen and household linen, as well as a welcome kit including the essentials to start your stay: two rolls of toilet paper, two coffee pods, sugar, and travel-size toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and a bar of soap). If these supplies are not sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, you will be responsible for replenishing them as needed. The washing machine is located in the shared area on the ground floor. 🚭 The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking (odor, smoke, cigarette butts) will result in a €100 penalty to cover cleaning and restoration costs. ☕️ For your comfort, we provide bed linen and household linen, as well as a welcome kit including everything you need to start your stay: two rolls of toilet paper, two coffee pods, sugar, as well as shampoo, shower gel and solid soap in travel size.
