My Eifel vacation home "Altes Pfarrhaus"/barrel sauna

For over a year, the 100-year-old rectory was completely renovated. Bookable since May 2022! Here, guests can expect a stylish accommodation that is perfect for group trips, family trips, cooking groups and for those who simply want to relax for a few days in the wonderful Eifel. The space All rooms and bathrooms are newly furnished. Comfortable box-spring beds in each room. Linens and towels are of course included. Stylish and individual ambiance. The kitchen with dishwasher and microwave offers plenty of space and is equipped with certain basic equipment such as oil, salt, pepper, detergent, etc. The large oak table seats 14 people and is the center of the large living area. Of course, a flat screen is a must! On the 3rd floor there is a 2nd living room with a flat-screen TV. WiFi is available throughout the house. From the kitchen you can reach the over 20 sqm new terrace with a staircase to the garden. In the garden, our fireplace invites you to socialize. A grill is of course also available! A barrel sauna is available outside. Price from Fri-Sun: 75.00 euros, each additional day 50.00 euros. Regardless of the number of people. We charge extra for the sauna so as not to unnecessarily increase the price of the accommodation for guests who do not want to use the sauna. Please indicate when booking if you would like to use it. Hiking trails start right from your vacation home. We will be happy to send you more detailed information for hikes in advance. The round trip to Kronenburg is popular, with a visit to the historic town center, lake and nice refreshment stops. Families like to visit the nearby wildlife sanctuary in Hellenthal. Just 50 meters away is a large free public parking lot, where there is always a parking space available! Except on August 1 weekend, the fair takes place here. Then you can park at our house. We live only 200 meters away. An electric charging station is also available. Other things to note In the village, there is a bakery, only 100 meters away, which is open from Thursday to Saturday. On Sundays you can get fresh rolls in Rescheid, just 4 km away, until 10 AM.
