To that effect, we provide: - AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - The home features a total of 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on first floor. - All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms. - Each bedroom overlooks the surrounding plunging valleys. - Extra foldable beds can be provided on request. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - One of the bathrooms also offers a hairdryer. COMMON AREAS - Enter through the gates of this luxurious villa and welcome a galore of thoughtfully designed indoor spaces. - The home opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, furnished with ample seating arrangements for up to 9 people. - It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi, TV and a music system. - The dining area is a component of the living room and can accommodate up to 6 people. - The exteriors of the property boast serene green lawns and amenities to make your stay unforgettable. - Guests can unwind and relax in the green gardens, 3000 sq. ft. in size which features many walking trails. - There is a lawnside gazebo, ideal for reading a book amidst nature. - There is a private swimming pool, 20x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 10 PM. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The property is nestled amidst verdant landscapes and is secluded. - Given its location amidst lush greenery, guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings to avoid insects entering the premises. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. - Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
