Our apartment is located right on the beautiful Trave. In a quiet city location, this cozy and child-friendly oasis of well-being is located on the landscape conservation area. A private driveway leads to a large private parking space at the house. On the street there is a bus stop with direct connection to the city center and the train station. The Baltic Sea beaches and seaside resorts such as Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz can be reached quickly via the nearby highway connection. The space The bright and friendly apartment is located on the separate upper floor with its own entrance/front door, staircase and hallway. Close to nature, idyllic location with a roof terrace on the river Trave in the landscape conservation area. All rooms have access to a balcony or roof terrace. This is also where you can eat outdoors. There are 3 rooms, the two bedrooms with a total of 3 double beds and a single bed as well as a living room with 2 large sofa beds. We live with our children on the separate ground floor.
