Welcome to the homepage of the vacation home "KANANI". "KANANI" is Hawaiian and means beauty. Because nothing else could better describe the vacation home in the expanding vacation and holiday area at "Lake Hain". The space The house “KANANI” is the perfect accommodation for a large family, a vacation with grandma and grandpa or for a relaxing and adventure trip with friends. Completed in 2023, the house offers a usable area of about 180 square meters on three floors. The house has three separate bedrooms with double box-spring bed and direct access to the respective bathroom. The middle floor offers ample opportunity for joint activities with the family. Here you can cook together in the open kitchen, relax and watch TV in the living area or enjoy the fantastic sunset during a game night together. The highlight of the house is located on the upper floor. This houses the spacious wellness area with a large sauna and freestanding bathtub. The unique view of the lake makes it easy to unwind. To enjoy the beautiful weather, you can either sit on one of the three terraces or put your feet in the sand in the garden. The bedrooms of the house are equipped with a smart TV and SONOS boxes are installed in the kitchen and bathrooms, which can be connected individually to a cell phone. Outside, there is also a wallbox for electric cars with a charging capacity of 11 kW. Other things to note The house “KANANI” is located in the vacation and holiday area “Hainer See” south of Leipzig. By car, Leipzig city center can be reached within 20 to 25 minutes. There you can go shopping, visit the beautiful zoo or take advantage of the city's diverse cultural offerings. Due to the immediate proximity to the A72 and A38 highways, you can reach the amusement park "BELANTIS" within approx. 15 minutes. The largest amusement park in central Germany leaves lasting impressions on young and old with its dozens of attractions. The cottage is located close to the sandy beach. This is only 70 meters from the house and is often used by locals and visitors for swimming. Since it leads very shallow into the water, it is also very suitable for toddlers. The lake also offers space for other activities in and on the water such as boating, sailing, cycling or a quad tour around the lake.
