Stay in this freshly painted and newly furnished beach house. As soon as you walk through the door you'll feel relaxed and at home here. This spacious 2 bdrm and 1.5 bath house sleeps 6. Both of the bdrms have comfortable king size beds with 600 thread count sheets. The kitchen is ready for cooking and includes a Keurig. The backyard is the perfect place to hang out around the firepit and grill after a day of exploring the Central Coast. Walking distance to the Oceano Dunes. The space From the moment you arrive at this spacious 2 bedroom house you'll feel right at home during your stay. You'll especially love that you're within walking distance(1.6 miles) to the beach. Also, you're close to the entrance of the dunes, premier central coast golf courses, vineyards, hiking, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, The Village of Arroyo Grande, and so many others. Too much to list. You'll enter this home through the fenced flower filled courtyard. Enter the main living area and you'll immediately notice the beautiful hardwood floors, stack stone gas fire place, and the smart TV. You'll love getting cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is ready for you to get in and cook. It includes Keurig, refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. Sink into bed after a day exploring the Central Coast of California. You'll love the king size beds with comfortable mattresses and the fresh cotton 600 thread count sheets. This newly renovated upstairs bathroom has is a Hollywood style bathroom which means each room has there own sink and place to get ready. In between the sinks is a separate shared toilet and shower. You'll enjoy the convenience of private laundry. Off the kitchen and dining room you'll enter the private backyard where you'll enjoy having a family BBQ and relaxing around the firepit. There are 2 parking spaces in the back behind the garage. A couple of potential problems I want to mention are we are on a busy street, but that's why it's nice to have our front yard fenced, and there are stairs up to the second level.
