Within a common area, the two residencies, the one larger and more modern while the other one more traditional but equally hospitable, are the ideal places for you and your family to relax, enjoy the scenery and the open horizon and regain strength and joy for life and pleasure. The space In Lafkos Stone House you will immediately feel the warm atmosphere that the residency provides. As the oldest of the two, Lafkos Stone House made traditionally with wood and stone, will transfer you to an era of innocence and romanticism. With two levels, the residency consists of 2 bedrooms on the upper floor which can accommodate up to 4 people, one with a double bed and one more with two single ones. On the ground floor the small and sweet living room is ideal for your evening wine or summer afternoon siesta as it offers the natural coolness of a stone house. On the same area, the kitchen offers all the necessary appliances. We do however recommend the outdoors sitting area on the ground entrance for your breakfast meal. (laundry facility available upon request) Last but not least, what better than a big garden for you and your kids to play on the fresh air and glowing sun. Guest access Lafkos is an absolutely safe place as there is no traffic at the center of the village. Our residencies provide you with private parking spaces, just next to the common garden, for your convenience. Other things to note The property fully complies with all requirements of the applicable legislation, specifically Article 3 of Law 5170/2025. It holds all necessary safety and suitability certifications, is equipped with a complete first aid kit, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors.
