The apartment is certified for 4 people, but 6 people can also find a good place here. You can even come with 8 people if you like our apartment with the sleeping options described below. The space Our luxuriously furnished, cozy 85 sqm apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the ground floor of a brand new 2-story 5-family house in a south-facing location (living room and terrace area). You can park your car comfortably and safely in the underground garage and then take the elevator to the front door of your vacation home. Equipment details All rooms are equipped with external blinds (also to be darkened during the day) and underfloor heating. The living and sleeping rooms are laid out with hygienic, cozy design flooring, the other rooms with elegant tiles. The apartment is connected to the Internet and equipped with satellite TV/radio reception. The living room with entertainment - 26 sqm: The living room is both luxuriously and comfortably furnished and offers a guarantee for relaxing evenings after your excursions or relaxing entertaining time in bad weather. On the comfortable couch set, where 2 people can also sleep comfortably, you will feel really comfortable in front of the white country house showcase wall unit and the exclusive smart TV/home cinema entertainment equipment and enjoy your vacation. Here we can also set up two more guest beds if you need space for 8 people. The kitchen - 11 sqm: The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - in addition to all kitchen utensils, you have a ceramic hob, a multifunctional oven, a microwave oven as well as a fridge-freezer combination and a dishwasher. A dining table for up to 6 people offers you a cozy place for social evenings with family and friends. Bedroom 1 - 14 sqm: In the 180 x 200 cm box spring bed with comfort mattresses and toppers as well as summer and winter duvets, you will sleep comfortably and relax - or you can watch TV comfortably with the smart TV on the opposite wall. A 3 m wide wardrobe offers you enough space for your vacation wardrobe or work clothes even for longer stays. There is also a safe for valuables and laptop/tablet. Bedroom 2 / office / children's playroom - 12 sqm: Bedroom 2 can be used in combination according to your wishes. In addition to sleeping up to 2 people on an 80 x 200 cm single bed and another bed of the same size underneath, which can be pulled out if necessary, this room also offers space for children as a playroom (extensive range of toys available). There is another 2 m wide wardrobe here. There is also a desk, a rolling container with extensive office supplies, a smart TV (also usable as a monitor) and a printer. The Edeka market has a great selection and is open for you Mon-Fri until 8:00 pm and on Saturday until 6:00 pm. The nearest shopping center "Phoenix-Center" with an abundance of specialist markets, specialty stores and restaurants is 7 km away in Harburg directly at the ICE/S-Bahn station.
