Other things to note Gym is not available Due to the building rule. Before you arrive, we will send you the building rules, all registered guests need to read the building rules before arriving. This apartment is not in Crown, but just opposite Crown. Shelf Check-in Key and fob collection time is between 3-11 pm. There are 2 air-conditioners in the apartment. One is in Living Area, the other one is in master bedroom. Please kindly note that the apartment is located in a residential building, not a hotel. As such, the concierge or building manager do not provide services for short-term guests. However, if you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're available online and will do our best to respond to your inquiries promptly. Care of Access Devices ------------ Guests are kindly requested to exercise utmost care and responsibility when handling key, fob, remote, and any other access devices provided for the duration of their stay. In the event of loss or damage to any of these access devices, a replacement fee of $230 will be charged. Oven Usage and Cleaning ------------ Guests are welcome to use the oven as needed during their stay. However, we kindly request that you clean the oven thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee ranging from $50 to $80, depending on the extent of cleaning required. Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the oven is greatly appreciated. Housekeeping and Cleanliness ------------- During your stay, we kindly request that you maintain a certain level of cleanliness within the accommodation. Excessive dirt or disorder caused by guests may result in an additional cleaning fee that guests will be responsible for.
