Ocean view as a self-contained beachfront apartment/annex attached to our family home, it has beautiful sea and beach views, and the sunsets and sunrises off Westbrook can be truly breathtaking. We are a very short walk down to Westbrook Bay Beach, less than 100m and with access to great walking and cycling routes, and Margate is just over a mile away. The space Guests have their own entrance via the gate on the left hand side of the building, leading to their outdoor space which is a court yard with 2seat table & chairs, & entrance door. Inside boasts an open plan living room, dining area & kitchen, spacious shower WC, & spacious bedroom with a super king bed a plenty of wardrobe space. Guest access Gate to their own courtyard area
