The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2).
