"On River Time" Cabin is perfect place for family & friends to enjoy the little town of Bemis, WV. Located just feet off the Shavers Fork River where you can float, swim, or fish.If you like bike riding, hiking, ATV riding, or just sitting by the fire this is the place for you. It has a game room, large kitchen & laundry room. Kids have their own space to relax after a long day on the river & playing on the playground. Please note there only wifi in the cabin & NO cell service in the area. Other things to note 1 hour & 14 minutes to Canaan Valley Ski Resort. 1.5 hours to Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort. Jump on the Tygart Flyer Train at the Bemis Train Depo to enjoy lunch and a 2.5 hour train ride to High Falls of Cheat. High Falls of Cheat is a 18′ high, 150′ wide waterfall, you don't want to miss. Train runs July 1st-End of August Thursday-Sunday, Sept 3-19 Friday-Sunday, Sept 21-Oct 31 Tuesday-Sunday. Simply go online for the number to call Mountain Rail WV, tell them you want a ride from Bemis to the High Falls of Cheat and book your ticket 24 hours prior to arriving in Bemis, print your ticket, and all aboard the train for spectacular views on a vintage train!
