After acquiring the premises, we created a place to stay in a fully renovated and decorated house in a nature style. Everything has been done to make you feel at home, in a cocooning, warm and rural atmosphere. We will welcome you and will be happy to help you spend a pleasant stay in the very heart of Périgord; a region rich in its history, legends, gastronomy, vineyards, terroir and 1000 castles. The space La Dépendance Saint Jean includes: - an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, SENSEO coffee pod maker, toaster, kettle. - a living/living room with sofa bed (140x200), TV, dining area, - a 1st bedroom with 1 bed in 160x200 - a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds in 90x200 - bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet - a 10x5 salt pool accessible from 10am to 9pm, common to 2 other apartments Guest access The accommodation is located entirely on the 1st floor of the house. A decor/craft shop is on the ground floor. You have the garden on the ground floor with an outdoor dining area. The pool is shared with 2 other apartments in the castle It is accessible from 10am to 9pm, May to September Water games and music are not allowed for everyone's respect. It is strictly forbidden to invite people not provided for in the rental. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Towels and sheets are not included. You'll be able to bring your own where to take the option: - €10 per bed for the linen pack - €10 per person for the towel pack Duvets and pillows are included automatically in the rental. A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival and will be returned on the day of your departure; if no damage or damage has been noted. A cleaning deposit of €50 will have to be deposited upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure; if the premises are left clean and tidy.
