Saint John Annex

After acquiring the premises, we created accommodation in a house completely renovated and decorated in a natural style. Everything has been done to make you feel at home, in a cocooning, warm and rustic atmosphere. We will welcome you and will be happy to help you have a pleasant stay in the heart of Périgord; a region rich in history, legends, gastronomy, vineyards, terroir and 1000 castles. The space The Saint Jean Annex includes: - a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker with pods, toaster, kettle. - a living room with sofa bed (140 x 200), TV, dining area, - a 1st bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 - 2nd bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90 x 200 - a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet - a 10 x 5 saltwater swimming pool accessible from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., shared with 2 other apartments Guest access The accommodation is located entirely on the 1st floor of the house. A decorative/artisanal shop is on the ground floor. You have the garden on the ground floor with an outdoor dining area. The pool is shared with 2 other apartments in the castle It is accessible from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., from May to September Water games and music are not allowed to respect everyone. It is strictly forbidden to invite people not included in the rental. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Towels and sheets are not included. You can bring your own or take the option: - €10 per bed for the linen pack - €10 per person for the towel pack Duvets and pillows are automatically included in the rental. A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival and will be returned on the day of your departure; if no damage or damage has been found. A cleaning deposit of €50 must be deposited upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure; if the premises are left clean and tidy.
