Arrive, take a deep breath, see mountains. Our 50 m² apartment is located on the outskirts of Oy-Mittelberg, the gateway to the Allgäu Alps. We live in the same house with our three children, and this includes our chickens and Pony Jam. A small welcome gift awaits upon arrival, and fresh eggs from the henhouse next door are available on request. The KönigsCard is included: over 200 experiences in the region are free. Hiking, skiing, swimming lakes and Neuschwanstein are right outside the door. The space The apartment has its own entrance (after the common building entrance) and is completely on one level inside. A few steps lead to the entrance to the building. Bedroom: box-spring bed, reading lamps, large wardrobe, crib/side bed available. Living area: couch that can be converted into a second bed (160 x 200 cm), Smart TV (43 inches) with satellite reception, Bluetooth radio. Ideal for 2 adults with 2 children; for 4 adults, please keep in mind that the second bed is in the living room. Eat-in kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, waffle iron. Solid wood table for 4 people. Bathroom: extra-wide shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer. In addition: Workstation with power socket, board games and children's books, high chair on request. Outside: private lounge with barbecue and fireplace, breakfast area with mountain views, parking directly at the house. Guest access We live on the outskirts of Oy-Mittelberg, the Duftort at the gateway to the Allgäu Alps. The hiking trails start in front of the house, and behind the house, the view stretches over the meadows to the Alpine range. On foot: Gasthof Ratskeller about 450 m, Kurhaus Oy and Panorama about 650 m, Oy-Mittelberg railway station about 300 m. By car: Ski resorts and mountain railways in the area are just a few minutes away, Alatsee and Sticherweiher for swimming, Breitachklamm near Oberstdorf, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau are about 30 minutes away. The highway can be reached quickly, and Kempten, the oldest city in Germany, is worth a day. A parking space belongs to the apartment and is on the premises. Other things to note Arrival: You will receive the online check-in and our digital guest folder with tips on hikes, places to stop for refreshments and shopping in advance. We will hand over the key personally. We look forward to a quick hello. A few steps lead to the house entrance, after which you have your own apartment entrance. Inside, everything is on one level. Chickens and Pony Jam live with us. Children are allowed to help collect eggs; pony riding is possible by arrangement. That's why we don't allow pets, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. The Oy-Mittelberg train station is about 300 m away, Kempten is easily accessible by train or car, and Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau are about 30 minutes away by car. You will receive the KönigsCard from us upon arrival.
