New, one-room apartment, 31m2, on the 4th floor of a newly built building with an elevator and an underground garage. Apartment is very comfortable, bright and with a beautiful view of the treetops. It is very functional and has everything you need for a short or long vacation. You can take the elevator from the garage to the apartment, which gives the accommodation extra comfort. For all reservations made after 19.06.2023. parking is included in the price of the apartment. The space The apartment building is located in a quiet street in the village of Detelinara, about a 10-15 minute drive to the city center. Morning coffee on the balcony of the apartment with a view of the green treetops will become a favorite start of your vacation in Novi Sad. If you are a smoker, the balcony is the only place in the apartment where smoking is allowed, and we have prepared a container with sand for putting out cigarettes and leaving butts. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment premises. Guest access The apartment has a living room with a small, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, a separate bedroom with a balcony, a large bathroom with a washing machine and a hallway. In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe, a double bed, a portable cot for babies on request and an exit to the balcony with garden furniture. In the living room, there is a smaller corner sofa that can be folded out and becomes a comfortable bed if necessary, and the chest of drawers under the TV is enough for a suitcase. In the bathroom, in addition to the standard equipment, there is also a washing machine, and in the apartment there is also a folding line for drying clothes, an ironing board and an iron. Other things to note The apartment has city heating, air conditioning, SMART TV, wi-fi and fast internet and mosquito nets on all windows and exits to the terrace. Special attention was paid to the comfortable stay of the guests, so in the bedroom there is a stool that can be placed under the bed for guests over 2.00 m tall, and a memory foam mat on all the beds, especially on the corner set, allows for a comfortable and peaceful sleep.
