Cozy, private duplex in South Minneapolis

Minimalist upper level duplex, one bedroom, one bathroom. Lots of natural light. Recently renovated. There is a kitchen with counter space and kitchen supplies. Drip coffee maker. Nice, quiet place. This is also my property, I live in the lower unit with my wife, quiet hours are after 10 PM. No parties allowed. This is a nice, quiet space to get a good rest, and enjoy your stay in Minneapolis. The space Welcome to our space. The space is the second floor of my South Minneapolis duplex. I live on the first floor with my wife, and we both work early in the morning so this is not a good place for those looking to have party. It is a great place to have a relaxing and quiet stay. Sleeping arraignment includes one full size bed, one twin bed (in the same bedroom) and there is a couch that could be slept on if need be. There is coffee and a full kitchen and fridge. The back door is not to be used, and the back yard is also our own private space and is also not to be used. Guest access You will have access to the entire second floor. This includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with one size bed and one twin size bed and a living room. Please note that there is not a television in this unit. Coffee and tea are provided.
