Enjoy free beach service. The Summit offers so many amenities on the property that you never need to leave the site! The adventure zone begins at the pool deck Tiki bar with your favorite drinks and music then stroll over to Bikini Bob’s Grill for tasty food and snacks. Also visit the Summit Market sundry shop for all your beach needs. The kids will enjoy the inside game room with air hockey and arcade games. You won't want to miss the Dive-In movie nights at the pool that feature newly released box office hits and family favorites. Need more to keep you busy? Try shuffleboard, a game of tennis, pickleball, or shoot some hoops on the basketball court. Summit Resort also has exercise facilities and sauna rooms for your enjoyment. There is a $27 fee per stay payable directly to The Summit. This fee covers your parking and arm bands for up to 5 guests to use the facilities. A complimentary starter pack of paper products are included. Depending on your length of stay, you may need to purchase more. Complementary Beach Service (two lounge chairs and an umbrella) provided free of charge in season, March 1 - October 30. The Summit is a pet free complex. ESA accommodations will not be considered for short term rental. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
