Our villa has been designed with relaxation in mind. Located at the end of a laneway leading to the famous An Bang beach in Hoi An, our villa is light and breezy with all the comforts of home. Take a dip in the pool or in a few steps you'll arrive at the beach. Three large bedrooms with comfy beds and bathrooms. A large living, dining area on the ground floor to relax and unwind. Walk down the beach to all the popular restaurants in An Bang or to the main village road for more dining options. The space One of the rare villas in Hoi An that has ocean views and only footsteps from the beach. It's away from the hustle and bustle of An Bang town though close enough to walk to the famous restaurants An Bang is known for. On the beach you will find sun lounges and very hospitable locals who will happily prepare a meal or drink for you and serve it to your sun lounge. If you buy something you won't be charged for the sun lounge. Quite a charming way to while away the day. The kitchen is fully stocked, so if the (highly undesirable) idea of cooking takes your fancy, we have you covered. While we are o n the subject of things you might not want to do on holidays, we have daily housekeeping, so you won't need to worry about cleaning! Please note however, our villa is situated across three floors (so best to be mindful of young ones and people who don't agree with stairs). It's light and breezy with a large open plan living area leading to the pool area in the front garden. Our villa next door (88 Steps) has an adjoining gate so larger groups can book both villas if they wish. On the second level we have two large bedrooms with really comfortable beds and en suites. One room is a king and the other a twin (that can be presented as a king bed). On the third level we have another kind room with a lovely sitting area housing floor to ceiling glass and views to the ocean. Open the windows and let the afternoon breeze cascade through the villa and enjoy a glass of wine or two. There is a separate bathroom on this floor so guests using this space do not have to use the bedroom (there is no bathroom in the top floor bedroom). It is a true memory maker. One to surely have you planning a second visit. Guest access ** Because the villa doesn't have a physical street address (it's at the end of a lane at the beach) we highly recommend you let us arrange to collect you so we can meet you on arrival. Your host Linh will be there to greet you on arrival and will be available to you during your stay to help with any tours you may want to arrange or general questions you have. Aside from that, you'll have the entire villa to yourselves.
