Quiet, conducive to rest, relaxation and discoveries of the surroundings, the property is located at the foot of the village. This pleasant place, respectful of its environment, is the perfect site for your next vacation. Arranged in a comfortable contemporary atmosphere, this accommodation offers three levels inside: On the ground floor: a living room with a seating area, equipped with a TV and high-speed internet, overlooking the terrace and garden with its swimming pool. A modern, functional American-style kitchen with new equipment (oven, induction cooktop, hood, microwave, mixed coffee maker, dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, cupboards for groceries). A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine. The dining area opens onto a terrace shaded by umbrellas and an arbor covered with wisteria. A staircase leading to the two upper levels. On the first floor: Three bedrooms, all with double beds. A private bathroom and a shared bathroom with the other two bedrooms with walk-in shower, a separate toilet. Two bedrooms offer a direct view of the plain and the village of Bonnieux. On the second floor: A master suite, a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The maximum sleeping capacity is 8 people, in addition to the provision of a child's bed. The rooms are all bright and closets are fully available to tenants. The heating is electric. Outside: The terrace is perfect for meals in the sun or shade, protected from the prevailing winds. Ideal for enjoying the view and excellent Provençal specialties, it has a long wooden table, armchairs, deckchairs. A plancha is available. A quiet garden, facing south-east, offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the plain and the village of Bonnieux. This green space is a condominium, as is the 10 m/4 m pool, which is not heated. It is secured by a barrier that surrounds the space with the terrace. Cars are to be parked on a private and free site, with a capacity of 1 unshaded space, at the entrance to the condominium. Public parking is also 50 m away. The accommodation is a short walk from a small shop in the center of the village and several restaurants. The house is located below the famous Château du Marquis de Sade, a 5-minute walk away. Guest access At the foot of the village of Lacoste, one of the most sought after in the region because of its beauty and calm. Located between Ménerbes and Bonnieux, it is in the center of the most beautiful sites and hilltop villages of the Luberon. Close to the bike route, it is therefore possible to take your bike and discover the surrounding villages, to shop in the Provençal markets or in the shops of Apt From the village it is just as easy to embark on beautiful walks amid vineyards, olive trees and reach Bonnieux by the trails that cross the plain. Lacoste offers beautiful views of the Luberon, the Ventoux mountains and the Alpilles. The restaurants in the area are conducive to discovering quality Provençal gastronomy. The house is 40 km from Avignon with its TGV station, as well as 20 km from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Avignon-Provence Airport, the nearest, is 32 km away and Marseille Provence Airport is 49 km away. The A6 highway is 20 km away. Other things to note Things to know: To finalize the rental we ask: - To validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the identity documents. The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 28 years old. - To provide a "resort" or "vacation" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory. * Intermediate cleaning is possible and billable in addition, to be requested when booking to be paid also on the site. * Pool opening period: from 05/01 to 09/30. * Heating of the house from 11/01 to 03/15: an additional cost is to be expected, charged on the basis of electricity consumption statement or a package to be paid on arrival. Important rules: We prefer to emphasize the residential nature of the neighborhood and the need to respect the tranquility of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or evening events. Please do not smoke in the accommodation. No pets allowed.
