Kleiner Harzensfreund is a modern private apartment on the ground floor of an authentic half-timbered house, right in the center of Sankt Andreasberg. You have a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a double (sleeping) corner sofa. There is a separate dining room with coffee bar, a full kitchen and a half-open bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You also have access to our entertainment room with billiards, air hockey, foosball and darts, sauna and terrace with BBQ. The space Through a shared entrance (with Grosser Harzensfreund on the upper floors) you enter your private apartment Kleiner Harzensfreund. The main room consists of a spacious combined living room/bedroom, where you have access to a 160 cm wide box spring bed, as well as a corner sofa which you can also fold out into a 2-person 140 cm wide sofa bed. In this room there is also the 46-inch LED TV with satellite reception and retro game console. Thanks to the wall bracket, the TV can also be rotated, so that it can also be viewed from the dining room, kitchen or from bed. To the rear is a large dining room table with 4 chairs and a coffee/tea bar. Further back, you will find the brand new and fully equipped kitchen, with 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), oven and sink. Next to the kitchen is the half-open bathroom with shower and sink. Next to the dining room is a hall with the separate toilet behind it. In the hall is the coat rack and you have more than enough storage options for your clothes and suitcases. The hall is so spacious that you could place the baby bed (if you need it) here. On the same ground floor are also the shared rooms (with the upstairs apartment). Here is the entertainment room (with pool billiards, air hockey, table football, darts, sound system and smart TV), the sauna, a ski/bicycle storage, an extra toilet and the garden with the 42 m2 terrace with barbecue facilities. Guest access You have access to your own private apartment on the ground floor. In addition, you can use the shared facilities (with the apartment above) on the ground floor. This includes the entertainment room with pool billiards, air hockey, foosball and darts, the sauna, the ski/bike storage, the extra toilet and the terrace with the barbecue in the backyard. Other things to note For loading and unloading, you may briefly park the car across the street. Parking is possible behind the house, preferably in the parking lot 'Am Kirchplatz' 150 meters away or if there is no space there on the north side of Schulstrasse. See the map with the photos. Use of the sauna is not included in the rental price and is calculated separately (2 Euro per half hour).
