Beautiful spacious lake home. 10 guest maximum 24/7 No Event home. Main floor has open concept, kitchen, dining area seats 10, flows into the large open living room with gas fireplace. All windows and decks wrap the entire home, facing the lake. Second level has a kitchenette, seating for 5, flowing into a large family room. This is a four-bedroom home with three bathrooms. Plenty of parking, rural but just minutes from Duluth, Mn. WIFI and Smart TV, Hot tub and game room. The space Master bedroom includes 2 queen size beds, located on the main floor. The three bedrooms downstairs each have a queen bed all bedroom quite roomy, all include Smart TV. The lower-level family room with a roomy kitchenette flows into a family room with a Smart TV. There are two rollaway twin beds also in the closets. Two pack and plays and a high chair. Guest access In the winter months we highly suggest a four wheel drive vehicle for guest. There is a beautiful winding driveway its is always plowed but its a bit steep for 2 wheel drive vehicles. Plenty of parking available. Other things to note We provide two docks for guests; docks includes a table and 2 captain chairs. We have 4 kayaks, paddle boat, 2 canoes and a 18x9 foot lily pad. A new pontoon boat for daily or weekly rental.available. Chairs at the fire pit and wood provided. We also provide life jackets in most sizes. We suggest water shoes as we have had zebra mussels in the past mainly gone now but they can be sharp on feet. We have recently made a game room with pool table, ping pong table and new air hockey table.
