Walk-out decks on both levels with comfortable seating. The space The main level welcomes you with an open-concept design featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seating 10, and an inviting living room anchored by a warm gas fireplace. Expansive windows and wrap-around decks bathe the space in natural light and showcase calming lake views from nearly every room. The main-floor master bedroom offers extra comfort and convenience with two queen beds, making it ideal for families or multi-generational stays. Lower level designed as a second living space, the lower level includes: • A spacious family room with Smart TV • A well-appointed kitchenette with seating for 5 • Three generously sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed and Smart TV • A full bathroom Guest access Seasonal Notes & Safety: During winter months, a four-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended. The property features a beautiful winding driveway that is regularly plowed but can be steep for two-wheel drive vehicles. Plenty of parking is available. In summer, water shoes are recommended to help prevent cuts from zebra mussels. When conditions allow, guests may enjoy an outdoor ice skating rink, as well as a cross-country ski trail adjacent to the home. An exterior Ring camera is installed on the front porch for security. Other things to note All guests must provide names and ages, on the booking site. We provide two docks for guests; docks includes a table and 2 captain chairs. We have 4 kayaks, paddle boat, 2 canoes and a 18x9 foot lily pad. Chairs at the fire pit and wood provided. We also provide life jackets in most sizes. We suggest water shoes as we have had zebra mussels in the past mainly gone now but they can be sharp on feet. We have recently made a game room with pool table, ping pong table and new air hockey table.
