Fantastic location! Quiet, private-entrance, separate apartment in my home just blocks from lovely downtown Bethesda, close to to NIH and Walter Reed, and easy access to DC by metro or scenic drive. Private entrance, bright views, beautiful artwork, and comfortable amenities make for a happy visit. Walk to restaurants, shops, Lidl, Trader Joe's, and the metro red line. The space I've just remodeled this new two-level area of my home for guests to enjoy, just steps away from the city! Close enough to walk, but far enough to have peace and quiet. On the first floor, there is a "mini great room" with a living room, kitchenette, and dining area. Bedrooms are on the top floor of the house, so they are very quiet with no footsteps from above. Bathrooms are newly remodeled. The entire space, including the first floor, stairs, hallway, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry room is private and for your use only. All linens, including comforter and bath mats, are washed for each guest. Every surface is wiped clean with disinfecting wipes. Everything in the space is for the use of guests. KITCHENETTE • half-size stove and oven, • full-sized sink, • mid-sized refrigerator with freezer, • compact dishwasher, • Keurig coffee maker with supplies for tea and coffee, • teapot, • toaster, • freestanding cooktops, • and of course, dishes, pots, silverware, etc... ----------------------------------- BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 has queen-sized bed, and bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined to make a bed the width of a king-sized bed (with advanced notice.) Both bedrooms have: • desks, • tv/monitor, • 100% cotton sheets, • duvet covers washed for every guest, • blackout curtains, • alarm clocks, • dresser drawers and closet rods, • ceiling fans. Bedroom 3 is accessed from Bedroom 1, and has a hotel-style cot available upon request, as well as office desk. ------------------------------------ BATHROOMS Bathroom 1 (attached to Bedroom 1) has: • double sink, shower in a jacuzzi tub, Bathroom 2 (accessible from the hallway) has: • everything brand new, shower with rain shower head. Both bathrooms have: • clean shine through and through, • bath mats washed for every guest, • 100% cotton towels. ------------------------------------ EXTRAS • large clothes-washing machine, • large clothes-dryer, • drying rack, • extra towels and extra sheets, • iron, • ironing board, • free Wifi, • TVs with Amazon firestick or smart tv to play games, watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc... (They also get over-the-air television stations.) • ps3 or wii with games upon request, • parking upon request. ------------------------------------- This two level suite comfortably accommodates a family, colleagues, or two couples. For extra guests, cot or Inflatable air mattresses are available with advanced notice. Note that there is a glass cabinet so it may not be great for super rambunctious children. Guest access No key required! Secure private entrance with keypad door bolt and your own private key code. All of the available spaces and things are 100% for your use.
