Responsible and willing to succeed, the Oprea wife and a wonderful team managed to bring to the stage you can see an old apartment that did not have any kind of improvement. With the help of a designer they crafted together the story of a perfect relaxing oasis. We are waiting for you with open arms! The space The apartment consists of: - spacious living room containing: sofa bed extendable, round table exensitive with 6 chairs, tv comf, coffee table, ultra 4K TV; - bedroom: matrimonial bed 180x200, desk, Smart TV Samsung; -hol small: here is mounted air conditioned as it connects with all the rooms, and on the opposite side we have a generous wardrobe on whose doors are 2 large mirrors; -hol entrance: equipped with an extra-sensitive sofa and a rack made on order; -baie: equipped with a tub with anti-tropire parav tub, car washing, modern suspended washbasin, generous mirror, suspended toilet bowl - kitchen: although the space is small, I assure you that each cm has been exploited positively, as follows: on the left side we have fridge, bar table with chairs and at the top of the furniture fixtures, and on the right side we have central central, electric oven, gas cooker, sink, framed all very nicely in the furniture chosen with care; -balcon: a large space that allows you to admire a wonderful sunset, on the serene days you can even observe the great Masiv Ceahlau, and from the category of local attractions you can observe the Municipal Park, High School no.3 and the School with the same number, the Roman Catholic Church "Sf. Teresa of the Child Jesus" In the hope that I have gathered your interest so far, I want to continue by telling you that "2 Donkeys" is located 5 minutes by foot from the center of Roman city, 5 minutes from the City Hall, Local Council, Anaf, Treasury, Court, Municipal Hospital, Municipal Park, and 10 minutes from the Train Station, Bus Station and Cemetery. On the ground floor of the block there is supermarket Profi, and if you love more Kaufland, Carrefour or Lidl we inform you that they are all within 10 min walking distance.
