Located in the heart of the Musatin realm, "2 Magari" is the soul project of the Oprea spouses. The renovation of the apartment began in February this year. Responsible and with the desire to succeed, the Oprea spouses together with a wonderful team managed to bring to the stage that you can see an old apartment that did not have any improvement. With the help of a designer, they outlined together the story of a perfect oasis of relaxation. We are waiting for you with open arms! The space The apartment consists of: - spacious living room containing: extendable corner sofa, extendable round table with 6 chairs, TV cabinet, coffee table, ultra 4K TV; - bedroom: 180x200 double bed, desk, Samsung Smart TV; - small hall: here the air conditioning is mounted as it connects to all the rooms, and on the opposite side we have a generous cabinet on whose doors there are 2 large mirrors; - entrance hall: equipped with an extendable sofa and a custom-made hanger; - bathroom: equipped with a bathtub with anti-splash screen, washing machine, modern suspended washbasin, generous mirror, suspended toilet bowl - kitchen: although the space is small, I assure you that every cm has been exploited in a positive way, as follows: on the left side we have a refrigerator, a bar table with chairs and on the top side furniture, and on the right side we have a central heating, an electric oven, a gas stove, a sink, all framed very nicely in the carefully chosen furniture; - balcony: a large space that will allow you to admire a wonderful sunset, on clear days you can even see the great Ceahlau Massif, and from the category of local objectives you can see the Municipal Park, the High School no. 3 and the School with the same number, the Roman Catholic Church "St. Tereza a Pruncului Isus" In the hope that I have aroused your interest so far, I want to continue by telling you that "2 Magari" is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Roman, 5 minutes from the City Hall, the Local Council, Anaf, Treasury, Court, Municipal Hospital, Municipal Park, and 10 minutes from the Railway Station, Bus Station and Cemetery. On the ground floor of the building there is a Profi supermarket, and if you love Kaufland, Carrefour or Lidl more, we inform you that they are all within a maximum of 10 minutes walk. Regarding the means of transport in the city, there are local minibuses, and the bus station is right next to the block. Other things to note With the help of a designer, they outlined together the story of a perfect oasis of relaxation, and together with the construction team they got to work: shaved everything off the walls, changed carpentry to 2023 standards, completely changed the electrical installation, completely changed the sanitary installation, insulated, painted, parquet, tiles and all the other things that I would not mention because I do not want to bore you. Some of the furniture was custom-made, and the rest was purchased from local specialty stores.
