Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1st floor: 1 bedroom, living room-kitchen, 1 bathroom The villa has 3 double beds, sofa bed (living room), 3 bathrooms, fireplace access, 4 Smart TVs (Netflix, HBO MAX, Disney), internet, underfloor heating (ground floor), radiator heating (level 1). The space We provide a house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open space living room with kitchen, being fully equipped and furnished. The rooms on the ground floor have separate access from the outside, separate bathrooms and the possibility to have access between the rooms from the inside. On the 1st floor, there is the third bedroom, the bathroom and the open space living room, dining room and kitchen. All rooms have smart TV, internet access and streaming platforms. The house is newly renovated and is given to the first rental in 2022. Possible inconveniences: Access to the stairs is not recommended for children unaccompanied by an adult, the stairs being slightly steep. Increased attention is recommended.
