Villa delle Lucciole was renovated in 2023 to offer maximum comfort. The house is in a quiet and reserved area, enjoys a beautiful view of the countryside and in the distance of Todi. The house is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Numerous outdoor areas to hang out and relax. The space The villa is about 250 square meters. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining table and sofa bed, a living room (which we like to call a relaxation area) with a fireplace and a nice sofa. From this relaxation room you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and in the distance you can see Todi. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with a high table with four stools, perfect for an aperitif or a rich breakfast. Finally, on the ground floor there is a bedroom (double bed 160 x 200) with a desk for smart working and overlooking the private garden. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom with a double bed (size 160 x 190) overlooks a beautiful terrace from which you can admire a beautiful view and the large oak tree that characterizes our home. The two double rooms, one of which has a bunk bed, overlook another panoramic terrace. The villa has two entrances overlooking the private garden. There is a rocking chair and a fantastic masonry barbecue with a dedicated area in the garden. In the garden there is also a ping pong table! Climbing the stairs to the back of the house you access the terrace pool that measures 6 x 12 meters. The area is surrounded by greenery and equipped with 8 sun loungers and a shade area at the guests' disposal. Guest access The property is fenced and is the last house at the end of a sloping country road. The house is located at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level, which makes it particularly pleasant on hot summer nights. The last 200 meters of road are unpaved and sloping, the use of sports or low cars is not recommended. Two cars can be parked in the house's parking lot. Parking is uncovered but in the shade of mighty oaks. Other things to note The entire house is equipped with a wi-fi system, which also covers the pool, at the guests' disposal. There are mosquito nets in all windows and air conditioning in all rooms. Attention: from 2025 it is necessary to pay the accommodation tax in cash on site equal to 1.5 euros/night.
