The houseboat LUV offers a lot of comfort for families or small groups who want to spend time together on the water. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide privacy, while the front and roof terrace provide additional space. The houseboat is located at Lankenauer Höft, a versatile place on the Weser river with restaurants, events and a seasonal beach area. The space The houseboat LUV has 98 square meters of living space. The living area is open plan and equipped with a sofa bed for 1–2 more guests. The pantry kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishes. Both bedrooms offer double beds, smart TVs, storage space, and blackout and privacy blinds. Two modern bathrooms with showers ensure comfort.Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and a safe are provided. Front and roof terrace complement the living space. The houseboat is firmly on the jetty and moves only slightly with the water. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the houseboat during your stay and have access to all indoor areas as well as the bow and roof terrace. Check-in is flexible so you can arrive relaxed. Each houseboat has 1 free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the jetty. Other things to note All houseboats are non-smoking and have Wi-Fi, a safe, blackout blinds and full kitchen facilities. Optionally, you can use a bread service or rent a barbecue for evenings on the terrace, depending on availability. Public events are regularly held at the Lankenauer Höft, to which houseboat guests have free admission. Depending on the event, it can get livelier on individual evenings. Pets are possible but must be specified when booking. Real harbor flair: The Lankenauer Höft is located on the Weser opposite the Bremer Industriehafen. Ships pass right in front of the terrace – a spectacle during the day; occasionally, harbor noises or signal tones can also be heard at night. If you are very sensitive to noise when sleeping, you will find earplugs on board. Life on the water: The boats are moored to the dock, but they move noticeably with the wind, waves, and boat traffic – for most guests, that's exactly the appeal. In stormy weather, it swings more vigorously, and rain is clearly audible on the roof. Getting there & surroundings: Each boat has a free parking space. Arriving by car is the most convenient; you can get to the city center by ferry or in about 15 minutes by car. The peninsula is deliberately quiet – if you expect urban life right outside the door, this is the wrong place; if you are looking for open spaces and water, this is the right place. Food & Drink: The Luun restaurant on the premises has varying opening hours (not daily, breakfast on the weekends). Your galley kitchen is fully equipped, and a bread roll service can be booked. In summer, the beach bar and events bring the grounds to life – as a houseboat guest, you have free admission, and some evenings can be livelier.
