The Roxbury Waterfall House

Built over a mountain stream with a beautiful full view of a private waterfall, this unique 1960's A-frame style house has a ton of character! This peaceful summer retreat is located between the towns of Margaretville and Roxbury. The space Besides the main attraction of the private waterfall off the back deck, this house has a pool table room, weber charcoal grill, a full kitchen with eating area and a living room that has a TV with Roku and basic cable. WIFI is available throughout the house as well. The three bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full) come with linens. The two bathrooms come supplied with soap, towels and toilet paper. There are also two private swimming holes you can use to cool down from the heat, one under the base of the waterfall and another bigger swimming hole a short hike away! Other things to note Pets are not allowed at the house. We have a strict 6 guest max for staying at the house. CHILDREN 2 YEARS AND OLDER COUNT AS A GUEST. No exceptions. We do not accept reservations starting on a Monday since Carol needs time to clean the whole house after a previous weekend stay.
