Each apartment has a private garden equipped with a table and chairs for eating outside and with sun chairs to catch the sun during the day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The living room has a sofa, table, chairs and TV. The apartment has two bedrooms, the master one has a walk-in closet and the other with two single beds. The large bathroom has a shower and the washing machine it's completed with beautiful tiles which reminds the first '900 style. The apartament it's located inside the farmhouse, has a separate entrance and we offers those services: clean linens for the bathroom, the bedroom and the kitchen, electricity, gas, drinking water, barbecue, Wi-fi, cot (€ 3,00 per day), high chair (€ 3,00 per day), parking, air conditioning or heating, final cleaning. The municipality of Caorle charges a tourist tax of €1.10 per night for guests over 6 years old. The tax is not included in the Airbnb price and must be paid directly at the Agriturismo. Ca' Lealtà Farmhouse In Caorle, on the banks of the Maranghetto river inside the lagoon of Caorle, lies the charming farmhouse “Ca’ Lealta” (Loyal House), an old hamlet of the late nineteenth century, that has been finely restored. The “agriturismo” is located just 10 minutes from the beaches of Caorle, and a short distance from the historical center of Venice, and in close vicinity to Bibione, Jesolo, and the Marco Polo Airport of Venice. It is an ideal place to spend a holiday, surrounded by nature and in the magical atmosphere of the country and lagoon much loved by Ernest Hemingway. Ca' Lealtà Agriturismo Farmhouse it's in a perfect position to reach in 10 minutes by car beaches, shopping centers and the main cities as Caorle, Portogruaro and Concordia Saggitaria. From our places you can enjoy the sea: or in the equipped beaches of Caorle or in the lovely natural beach of Vallevecchia. This is a 7 km long beach without construction in wich you can walk in the pine grove, sand dunes and trought little lakes in wich you can find birdwatching places. There are many cycle path around our places that you can start from our place. Every day, guests can explore new places, as little villages or venetian cities, archaeological site, lagoons, fishman' houses 'casoni', forests and rivers. A wide range of environments that will surprise you. Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, Trieste o Dolomites peaks are really close.
