Cozy 70-square-meter apartment accommodates up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), 2 terraces, living room and kitchen. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries and linen included. Fast WiFi connection. Private parking in the garage (CHF 20.00 per night). Adjacent to GuestHouse Lugano Center for check-in/out, free self-service laundry. Vending machines, bike park. Security deposit to cover any damage CHF 250 Other things to note TOURIST TAXES Local accommodation taxes and tourism promotion fees of CHF 5.75 per person per night are not included in the Airbnb rates!! They must be paid using any required payment method, directly to the host, separately, and outside the platform before receiving the room access code. A deposit of CHF 250.00 will also be required for any damage caused to the room; this deposit will be returned upon departure if everything is in order. The front desk for key collection is open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Outside these hours, the keys will be available on-site in a safe with a personalized code. The guest is invited to let us know their arrival time if different from the times indicated.
