The space Bright, airy, and filled with Vermont charm, our one-bedroom apartment is designed for comfort. • 📺 Living Room: Spacious and inviting, with hardwood floors, a comfy futon, and a large TV loaded with Roku, Netflix, and Hulu. The dining table for two is perfect for meals, work, or just sipping a local brew. • 🛏️ Bedroom: A cozy queen bed, a dedicated work desk, a dresser, and plenty of shelf space for hanging jackets, ski gear, or your go-to flannel. • 🍽️ Kitchen: Fully stocked with full-size appliances, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven, and bar seating. • 🛁 Bathroom: Bright and modern with a two-person shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. • 🌲 Private porch: Just off the living room, it’s a dreamy perch nestled in the canopy of a large apple tree—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding. 🚗 Our single-track driveway is best for quick stops while loading in and out. We can’t wait to host you! Guest access The Back Garden & BBQ area is a shared space with the other unit in the duplex, and it’s available on a first-come, first-served basis. Feel free to say hello, who knows, you might just make a new friend ;) Other things to note Pets are welcome! There is a one time $50 cleaning fee for one pet and $60 for two(max). Kindly include the number of pets you will be bringing in your booking request. Please keep in mind this fee helps cover the extra cleaning needed after your stay. If there’s any damage to furniture or linens (like chewed-up couch corners, scratched wood, or mystery stains) we’ll reach out to let you know and raise an additional fee through the booking platform.
