Maximum stay of 20 people only (adults including children), additional stays are subject to an additional rm10/person. 2. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. 3. Make sure the fan, lights & air conditioner are turned off before leaving the house @ check out. 4. Make sure the house is not left too dirty. 5. Furniture/ items that have been moved must be placed in their original place. 6. For those who spend more than 1 night, separate wet waste (food scraps) and dispose of it every day to avoid the house smelling and having worms. The trash can is in front of TV3 & BERNAS. 7. It is not permitted to hold banquets or feasts without permission (Inviting anyone other than those staying at the homestay) 8. The house is equipped with cctv outside the house for safety purposes.
