We are thorough in our cleaning protocols between guests and do our best to remove any doggy ‘footprint’ throughout the home - to include routine ozone treatments for scent and steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery. However - it is still a “pet friendly” home. We ask that anyone with animal sensitivities and/or allergies, please consider this before reserving. Outdoors you will find a fully fenced, manicured yard for the whole family to enjoy, including your fur babies! Furnished with a BBQ grill, private fire pit chimenea, and a private, tree-canopied, cafe-light swagged outdoor area for lounging or eating alfresco. There is also a wooden sandbox/game court for all the corn-hole, horseshoes, bocce ball, or sand pit play you can imagine. And don't forget - the shaded hammock when you're simply looking for a little R&R. Inside you are greeted by a clean and modern living area adorned with vaulted ceilings and an open kitchen concept. An in-home dedicated iPad with music, games, news, personal flight information, in-home fitness, and a Guidebook for recommendations throughout the area sets the modern tone. A large flat-screen TV and Sound Bar make for great game-day watching! The kitchen boasts new appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and all of the utensils and supplies you may need. After a fun-filled day, retreat to the Zen-like, spacious bedroom, equipped with a memory foam mattress, luxurious pillows, and flat-screen TV. THE WOODEN DECK, LARGE BBQ GRILL, AND LARGE FIREPIT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN HOME ARE PRIVATE TO THE MAIN HOME GUESTS. LOCATED TO THE RIGHT OF THE GUEST HOUSE IS A PRIVATE, LIT AREA WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS, A FIRE PIT AND BBQ GRILL FOR YOUR (GUEST HOUSE) USE. NO EVENTS. NO PARTIES. NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS. *We have a zero-tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events and or unapproved day/night guests. Guest access The Guest House itself is entirely private and not a shared space. This property also has a main home that may be rented during your visit. This requires an outdoor shared space of the backyard, hammock area, sand pit, and driveway. Each home has its own private entrance, as well as distinguishable outdoor private spaces, and no personal space should be encroached upon. Other things to note Due to the shared backyard, it is imperative to note to the host if you plan to bring a dog.
